+**Step 1** - Backup all your members to Excel and download and save the Excel spreadsheet to a safe place on your hard drive, or backup device. Click on the blue "Backup to Excel" button. This downloads ALL members, including ACTIVE,LOCKED and RESIGNED members. Once downloaded check your browser downloads for the  spreadsheet.
+**Step 2** DELETE all the RESIGNED and LOCKED members that have expired over 2 years ago.
+** If you are not ready to delete inactive members, you can "Clean" the data by setting address,id_licence, pwd and phone to null. This also deletes their children and journal entries.
