+Enter the session start and end time, if your session starts at say 9:15 then select from the second box as below

+  * **No Appointments** = how many members you will have in the library for each 15 minute time slot
+  * **Location** = for multi-branch toy libraries only
+  * **Weekday** = Weekday you will open
+  * **start time** - select 2 boxes, hour and 15 minute start time

+once the form is filled in, press Save

+rhs of page click **Generate Roster**

+Select the **Start Date**, when you want to start the Appointments could be this Saturday 21 March 2020
+Select the **End Date**, when you want to end the appointments could be 6 weeks from the 21st March - 2nd May 2020

+If your Library plans to open every fortnight, then delete the days the Toy Library will not be open
+for example if you are not open on Saturday the 28th March then
