=====  Party Pack Check List =====



The Party Pack Checklist is an electronic checklist that "ticks off" the items in a Party Pack when it has been Loaned or returned. The process will keep a record of this checklist in the checklist log.


=== Settings ===


To activate the Party Pack Checklist in settings set  the **pp_checklist = Yes**

=== Toy Details ===


Go to **Toys - Toy Details**

For every item in the checklist add a new part. 


  * Set the Alert = No
  * Part Type = check
  * Add the part in the description

The Toys Part Listing should look something like the below

=== Check List ===


To add a checklist record, go to Loans and select the Party Pack (A14), and select the member that is about to loan or return the pack and click "Check List"

1. Go To Loans

2. Select Member - the default is the active member

3. Select Toy - A14 

4. Click grey button "Check List"  (grey button next to "Edit Toy")

5. Select Check Type - Loan/Return/Stocktake/Other

6. Check Items one at a time in the process of physically checking the items
       OR "select all" and unselect items that are missing
       OR "select all" if all items are accounted for in the Party Pack

7. When you are happy with the check list then press "Save Check List"

In this example items 3 and 4 are Missing

Below shows the items after a save, the text after the save is saved in the "Check List log" record, you can change the checked items and re-save

For extra notes scroll down to the bottom of the popup and add some notes

Press save to add the item check to the Check List log

To review the Party Packs Log select Check List Log (next to Check List in Loans page)
