====== Shutting Down Mibase ======


The government has announced the closure of libraries.


My plan  for memberships - do this when you officially re-open (which won't be for many months)

  - Update all members that were expired on the 25.3.2020 - LOCKED
  - when expired member comes into library - restart membership with expired date = re-join date, new auto unlock function that resets dates and optionally auto debits annual fee
  - for current members expired > 25.3.2020 extend membership period = expired + (open date - 25/3/2020)

So at this stage you don't need to do anything, I will work behind the scenes to document the above process.

As mentioned in the CVID-19 cheat sheet, I would highly recommend, turning everything off, you can still communicate with your members by bulk email and Messages in the Member login, and your **mibase hosting payments will be put on hold.**


===== Turn Off Auto Emails =====


You can switch off **all** auto emails (sleep mode)
Go to **Home - Home**  (the first page you see when you login)
