=== Member Balance Sheet - Email reminder ===


The members bulk email function can be used to send email reminders to members owing money, typically sent at the end of the month.

**Go to Members**

  - from the filters select box select **Members Balance**
  - Sort the list in order of **Balance** - arrows to the right of the column heading
  - Click Grey **Email** button on the RHS of the page to display the email detail box
  - select the **mem_owe** template
  - select the members that you want to send a reminder to (the ones with highest balance)
  - click blue  **Send email** button

Note: before sending this email please review the **mem_owe** template to check the contents of the email. To edit the Template go to **Home - Template - select mem_owe** (id: 201). 

To add the member balance to the email insert the bookmark <color #ed1c24>[balance]</color>.
