==== Settings ====


**auto_debit_missing** - When a piece is missing, it will automatically record a debit. The Pay Now button will  record the payment.

**missing_part_fine_amount** - the amount charged when a piece is recorded as missing

**debit_pay_now** -  set to Yes in settings

==== How it works ====


Selecting  from the Paid Select box in the New part popup box (see below image)

  * paid = **blank** - no action
  * paid = **YES** - will add a debit AND a credit, so the member $ balance remains zero (debit_pay_now need to be set to Yes)
  * paid = **No** - will add an alert to the member details, that they haven't paid for a missing piece.

No members alert or payment/debit are recorded if you check the "I don't know who lost this part"
