===== 1. Setup your Appointment Calendar =====



go to **Members - Select Boxes - Appointment Preferences - New **

Enter the session start and end time, if your session starts at say 9:15 then select from the second box as below

  * **No Appointments** = how many members you will have in the library for each 15 minute time slot
  * **Location** = for multi-branch toy libraries only
  * **Weekday** = Weekday you will open
  * **start time** - select 2 boxes, hour and 15 minute start time
  * **end time** = select 2 boxes, hour and 15 minute start time


once the form is filled in, press Save

here is an example (Caversham Toy Library)

Below will generate 2 sessions on a Saturday from **10am - 2pm** and from **6pm - 8pm**, and allow **4** members to visit during each 15 minute time slot.

=====2. Generate Calendar =====


go to **Members - Appointments**

rhs of page click **Generate Roster**

Select the **Start Date**, when you want to start the Appointments could be this Saturday 21 March 2020
Select the **End Date**, when you want to end the appointments could be 6 weeks from the 21st March - 2nd May 2020

press **Generate**

===== Delete Days for Fortnightly Openings =====



If your Library plans to open every fortnight, then delete the days the Toy Library will not be open

for example if you are not open on Saturday the 28th March then

Start Date = 2020-03-28
End Date = 202-03-28
