log_clean_toys = Yes switch on cleaning toy confirmation function

For each member after returning the first toy of the day, a message will popup (see below)

Select Yes or No

mibase will add an entry to the log file that records

created: - date/timestamp

status: Yes or No to the Cleaning toy question

borid : member number

Note: If No is selected, please add a note to the member alerts, that the toy was cleaned by the Toy Library.
