The government has announced the closure of libraries.

My plan for memberships - do this when you officially re-open (which won't be for many months)

1. Update all members that were expired on the 25.3.2020 - LOCKED 2. when expired member comes into library - restart membership with expired date = re-join date, new auto unlock function that resets dates and optionally auto debits annual fee 3. for current members expired > 25.3.2020 extend membership period = expired + (open date - 25/3/2020)

So at this stage you don't need to do anything, I will work behind the scenes to document the above process.

As mentioned in the CVID-19 cheat sheet, I would highly recommend, turning everything off, you can still communicate with your members by bulk email and Messages in the Member login.

You can switch off all auto emails (sleep mode) Go to Home - Home (the first page you see when you login)
