The members bulk email function can be used to send email reminders to members owing money, typically sent at the end of the month.

Go to Members

1. from the filters select box select Members Balance
2. Sort the list in order of Balance - arrows to the right of the column heading
3. Click Grey Email button on the RHS of the page to display the email detail box
4. select the mem_owe template
5. select the members that you want to send a reminder to (the ones with highest balance)
6. click blue Send email button

Note: before sending this email please review the mem_owe template to check the contents of the email. To edit the Template go to Home - Template - select mem_owe (id: 201)
