Settings: debit_on_paynow = Yes

Go Members Detail page, scroll down to payments and click the green “Pay Now” button

Select Membership Category and how the member paid (e.g. Square, EFT, cash, PayPal) then click the green “Pay Now” button.

Mibase will create both a debit and credit if the setting debit_on_paynow = Yes

The payments will then be displayed in the payment history

To updated the expiry click the blue Renew Now button at the top of the page next to the expiry date.

Go to Reconciling payments, to reconcile payments with bank statement and/or paypal or square
