auto_debit_missing - When a piece is missing, it will automatically record a debit. The Pay Now button with record the payment.

missing_part_fine_amount - the amount charged when a piece is recorded as missing

debit_pay_now - set to Yes in settings

Selecting from the Paid Select box in the New part popup box (see below image)

• paid = blank - no action
• paid = YES - will add a debit AND a credit, so the member $ balance remains zero
• paid = No - will add an alert to the member details, that they haven't paid for a missing piece.

No alerts or payments are recorded if you check the “I don't know who lost this part”
