Loaning a Reservation
To Loan a toy that has been reserved
1. Reset the page (red reset button, top RH side of page) 2. click on the member that has the next reservation (blue font) - top of the toy reservation list 3. Use the Loan toy button under the RESERVED banner
you can select another member that has a reservation from the list but the Yellow Loan button will not be there.
If the “next reservation” has already loaned the toy then
1. click the Edit button (first row of toy reservations) 2. change the status to LOANED
If the “next reservation” has not picked up the toy and you wish to cancel the reservation
1. click the Edit button (first row of toy reservations) 2. change the status to DELETED
