check_vol = random number at least 20 chars long, if this value is blank or needs to be updated

checkout_pwd - use this to scan password, there is a different barcode for each location. This barcode identifies the location of the branch and locks out the rest of the world.

checkout_pwd_single - for single branch toy libraries there is one barcode to login.

Volunteer_cards - this report prints volunteer cards. These cards allow the loading of member if the member forgets their pin.
