New Reservation
To create a new reservation go to Green button on the main menu Reservations. On the Right hand side of the page click on the search input box and start typing the name (or toy number) of the toy to find the reservation toy you are looking for. Click on the row of the toy e.g. G109 (not the button), to make the toy “active” on the left hand side of the page.
alternatively, use the find toy input box on the top left of the page and start typing the toy number/name of toy.
Search for you member and select
so their details appear on the page
Click on the first available start date
the end date and loan period will show with a background color as light blue. The default reserve period is derived from the setting reserve_period.
When the dates are set then press the green “Reserve Toy”
The new reservation will appear in the calendar and the list under the calendar
