To add a missing part, go to toy details and click yellow “New Part” button

Add details of missing part, and select the member if known!

Then press “add Part” If Alert = yes then you will get a message about the missing part when you loan or return the toy.

If the part is found then just delete the missing part, or change the status from Missing to found, if you would like to keep a record of the missing part.
