AUTO EMAILS - emails sent by the server, usually weekly or monthly.
1_month_roster_reminder - to remind new members to signup for roster duty, 1 month after they have joined 6_month_roster_reminder - an email reminder to members that haven't signed up for roster duty 6 months into their membership birthday - Happy Birthday email, used to promote Party Hire toys (Jumping Castle) usually sent about 1 month before birthday. due - Toys are due back soon reminder due_to_expire - Membership is due to expire soon - reminder for members to renew expired - Membership has expired - reminder to members to renew overdue - Overdue toys reminder roster - roster reminder roster_alert - adds a roster alert roster_no_show roster_sms - same as email roster reminder, but shorter and costs around 10cents per SMS

Member Bulk Emails missing - email to members that lost toys today mem_owe member_update bulk_email (bulk_email_1, bulk_email_2,bulk_email_3,bulk_email_4,roster_bulk_email) - empty templates for saved bulk emails
email_receipt - Activated from a button in loans, sends an email receipt of toys on loan. Also, used on Home page to send a loan receipt to all members that have loaned toys on that day.
Payments_Email - Activated from a button in loans, sends a receipt for payment.
