auto_debit_missing - When a piece is missing, it will automatically record a debit. The Pay Now button with record the payment.

missing_part_fine_amount - the amount charged when a piece is recorded as missing

debit_pay_now - set to Yes in settings

Selecting from the Paid Select box in the New part popup box (see below image)

paid = blank - not action paid = YES - will add a debit AND a credit, so the member $ balance remains zero paid = No - will add an alert to the member details
